Some food has less number of calories which may help people feel full while consuming fewer calories.

When any food contain less volume large number of calories known as high density food and the food which contain high volume and less calories known as low density food. Vegetables are low density food so the peoples are suffering from obesity should include vegetable in their diet. Water and fiber content in the food increases the volume there by reduce the energy density. Vegetable and fruit are rich in the water and fiber so these are helpful to reduce the weight.
