But in order to attain a healthy diet practice of night eating should be limited and no binge eating is allowed during the night hours as it is seen that during night no work is to carried out in comparison with the day so the metabolism rate in the night is tend to be slower in night and if in that period less amount of food is being taken it become easy to digest and there is not feeling of stomach full.
It is also seen when an individual is in stress or some kind of tension there is urge to eat more therefore it is necessary to adopt a lifestyle which is free from pressures and avoid unhealthy eating habits which is carried out in frustration.
