It should be a mandatory factor that before buying the products it is important to check the sucrose level as nowadays many cough and vitamin syrups and lozenges contains a sucrose level. This is one of the safety measures in using the sucrose in your diet.

One should always try to minimize the amount of sucrose to the maximum level and this can be achieved by doing certain things.

- Having more amount of fruit such as ripe, strawberries, fresh figs, guava and raspberries
- Addition of carrot in the list of diet
- Concentrating more on soups rather than the solid diet
