It is necessary to consume a balanced healthy and nutritious diet. Making the right choice in consuming a healthy diet involves eating on timely and regular basis, i.e. eating your meals on time. It also involves consumption of fresh fruits, juices, dry fruits and much more. It is important and necessary for a person to know the requirement of one’s body and to maintain a timetable of regular activities that help him consume all one’s necessary minerals and calories that he will need.
