Staying away from food for long period of time can cause weight loss
It is the process where one is skipping his meal in order to maintain or control his body weight. Individual intentionally is not having his food as he wants to maintain his figure and stopped being called overweight or obese by their colleagues or the family members. A diet is considered to be an important aspect in one’s life as it could work in a great way and help the individual in gaining, loosing or maintaining the body weight. Eating habits of the individual reflects his lifestyle in front of others and help them to maintain his body weight.
In order to loose weight individual starts to be on dieting but it should be noted that by not having meals they are also prone to may diseases and making the changes all at one can be a hard thing. When u think of the dieting most of the people thinking is about eating less or eating differently and in this process try to loose some weight to them diet means making some good choices about concentrating on fruits and cutting down the meals or bad choices as not eating enough variety of foods.
While dieting individuals are more concerned about their physical appearance and not about their health and this practice of theirs lead to weight loss which is not considered to be a healthy sign.

Dieting can include many things as it may cause you hungry and you tend to think all the time about food, feeling of distract ness and tiredness , feeling of cold and dizziness, bad mood and less motivational power feeling.
