The term mood swings and irritability are closely related to each other as a former is used to describe a change in the mood and irritability is just a state of angry or impatient reaction to something which happened around the surroundings.
The reason behind it is basically the physiology which is based on hormonal imbalance as there can be a sudden shift in that which shows the characteristics of perimenopause which is caused when your body is not able to support or maintain its natural balance.
Perimenopause is also defined as a time period when many women able to find their own true voices and it is also seen saying them that they have lost their mind basically just the fact of their mood swings and irritability as all these is just their state of mind and nothing in real sense. The other name given to irritability is inconsolability generally the term irritability is used for infants and young children who are fussier in nature and being pampered by the parents a lot.
The early sign of irritability can arouse suspicion in the mind of the parent that something might be wrong with their child even though irritability is not termed with any serious illness.

- drug reaction
- fracture sprain or any tissue injury
- headache
- sleep disorders
